This webinar and Q&A session prepares you to establish a culture of consistently great patient interactions. The presenter discusses how to hire for motivational fit (screening for customer-centric mindset), how to recognize the early warning signs of burnout and what actions you must take, identifying how to instill your culture beginning with employee onboarding and sustain the culture in training and coaching, and exploring how to build employee confidence and improve morale, even in difficult times. The audience is health center staff involved in hiring, training, and supervision of front-line staff.
