New York State Health Center Controlled Network (NYS-HCCN)

CHCANYS is home to the New York State Health Center Controlled Network (NYS-HCCN) which is a collaborative network of 51 diverse Community Health Centers across the state working towards strengthening quality of care and improving patient health outcomes through activities designed to enhance the patient and provider experience, advance interoperability, and use data to enhance value. CHCANYS provides training and technical assistance to New York's Community Health Centers in areas including clinical quality improvement, emergency management, data and technology, workforce development, and compliance.
