CHCANYS VBC Back to Basics
CHCANYS, in partnership with HRC Healthcare Consultants, will host a two-part webinar series for health center staff involved in value-based care. The series will provide a shared understanding of how value-based care arrangements work, commonly used terminology, and how different roles across a health center contribute to performance. Participation is limited to staff from CHCANYS HCCN and CHCANYS member health centers.
October 29 at 12:00 PM – Understand the Model: This session will introduce the basic concepts and common payment arrangements used in value-based care and explain how they differ from traditional fee-for-service reimbursement.
November 19 at 12:00 PM – Understand the Work: This session will focus on the work required to succeed under value-based arrangements, including patient attribution, data, performance measures, and health center workflows.
