CHCANYS, in partnership with Achieve Revenue Management, will host a two-part webinar series to help community health centers strengthen their billing operations and take a more proactive approach to denial management. Participation is limited to staff from CHCANYS member health centers.  


  • September 30 – Designing a High-Performing Billing Department: Learn how to evaluate billing department structure, staffing, technology, and workflows; reduce avoidable errors; and support cleaner claims and improved financial performance. 


  • October 28 – Building a Prevention-Focused Denial Management Program: Learn how to categorize and analyze denials, identify trends and root causes, establish accountability, and develop strategies to prevent recurring denials.
