Wrap Rate Packages/MCVR Updates (Last Updated May 2025)

- 2021 and 2022 Wrap Rate Packages – Claims Reprocessing Pending
- The following audited wrap rate packages are now with the Division of Budget (DOB) and awaiting final approval:
- 2021 (coverage: 10/1/2021 – 9/30/2022) and
- 2022 (coverage: 10/1/2022 – 9/30/2023)
- Claims for these periods were previously paid using unaudited rates. Once the audited rates are approved, claims will be reprocessed.
If your health center owes a balance:
- DOH will withhold 15% of your Medicaid payments until the balance is repaid.
- If repayment exceeds 12 months, the withholding percentage will be increased to ensure the full amount is recovered within that timeframe.
- After 10 weeks, any remaining balance will begin to accrue interest at prime + 2%.
We recommend reviewing your rates on HCS and using this impact calculator to estimate potential liabilities.
- 2022 and 2023 MCVR Audit Exit Dashboards – Sign-Off Required
KPMG has released audit exit dashboards for the 2022 and 2023 rate packages. DOH is requesting that all health centers review and sign off on their dashboards within 30 days of the release date. Health centers may also submit an appeal if discrepancies are identified.
