POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) provides care for patients within his/her scope of practice according to the NY State Office of Professions guidelines, within the primary care out-patient setting. Care to Hometown Health Center patients will be provided without discrimination. The RN is part of the Care Team within the health center structure and may act as the Team Lead under the Direction of the RN Care Coordinator.
