SCHOOL HEALTH PROGRAM SITE POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides comprehensive case managed primary care services in an ambulatory care setting at the school and Health Center. Contributes to quality assurance, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functions.

QUALIFICATIONS: Current New York State Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License. NCAA Certified. DEA Certification. BLS Certification. Infection Control Certification. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. At least two to three years clinical experience preferred. Knowledge of general nursing theory, practice, methods, and techniques involved in the performance of general nursing services. Bilingual Spanish preferred. COVID vaccination required.

FNP will not be considered for this position. We are part of the NHSC Loan Repayment Program.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
