Telehealth Emergency Regulations

DOH and DFS have issued emergency regulations on the continuation of COVID telehealth flexibilities.

Medicaid telehealth flexibilities including audio-only coverage and expanded billable providers are extended through the end of the Federal Public Health Emergency; DFS has extended the requirement for commercial insurers to provide coverage for audio-only telehealth visits through October 1, 2021.
