Single Audit Submission Reminder

HRSA has recently taken enforcement action against health centers that failed to submit required Single Audits, including suspending grant funding for at least two organizations. For health centers that expend $1 million or more in federal funding in a fiscal year, a Single Audit is a required federal compliance obligation, and failure to complete and submit it on time can result in serious consequences, including restrictions on access to federal funds, grant suspension, or termination.

If you are unsure whether your health center’s audit has been completed and submitted, you can verify submission status through the Federal Audit Clearinghouse: https://app.fac.gov/dissemination/search/
