SBHC Carve-In Begins April 1, 2025

Effective April 1, School-Based Health Center (SBHC) services will be carved into Medicaid Managed Care. SBHCs will no longer bill Medicaid fee-for-service (FFS); instead, claims will be submitted directly to Medicaid Managed Care Plans (MMCPs).
