Recruitment and Retention Peer Learning Collaborative

CHCANYS is kicking off the Recruitment and Retention Peer Learning Collaborative starting in January of 2022. We will assist New York’s Community Health Centers to develop a dynamic strategically oriented Recruitment, Retention and Pipeline plan to better support full staffing at your health center. CHCANYS and SMEs from Health Management Associates (HMA), will provide CHC-specific technical assistance to a cohort of health centers through virtual, individualized assistance as well as facilitated peer learning and sharing working sessions. Tools and resources, including standardized templates will be shared with all Collaborative participants with opportunities to make adaptations based on the unique aspects of each CHC cohort member. Please see attached for a one page description of the learning collaborative. 

Site specific kick off calls for the Recruitment and Retention Peer Learning Collaborative will begin the week of January 3rd, 2022.
