The No Surprises Act Interim Final Rule requires health centers to provide good faith estimates to uninsured patients on their estimated out-of-pocket charges before they receive care. This requirement will go into effect on January 1, 2022. NACHC and Colleen Meiman developed the Good Faith Estimate Toolkit on how health centers can comply with the new requirement.
