The New York State Department of Health Diabetes Program is happy to share that they now have educational print materials available to order. Please check out their new webpage, Diabetes Educational Materials, where you can find the list of materials and the order form. The educational materials include patient and provider materials on both diabetes management and diabetes prevention. All the materials are available for digital download, and most are available to order printed copies, and some are available in other languages.
