Across New York and the country, Community Health Centers (CHCs) are transforming primary and preventive care through innovation, compassion, and dedication that build healthier and stronger communities every day. We will also be honoring Community Health Center Advocacy Champions through CHCANYS Advocacy Awards.

The New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) will open a public comment period from July 15 to August 28, 2026, to gather feedback on proposed updates to the Statewide Common Participation Agreement (SCPA). A webinar on July 15 will walk through the proposed changes. The SCPA establishes the rules governing how health care organizations participate in New York’s statewide health information network (SHIN-NY).
