FTCA Health Center Deeming Application Deadline

All Health Center Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Programs redeeming applications for FTCA coverage Calendar Year (CY) 2023 are due by Friday, July 8, 2022, at 11:59 PM ET. If your health center does not create and submit an FTCA application by 11:59 PM ET on July 8, 2022, you will have to reapply as an initial applicant, may have a lapse in coverage, and may be subject to a site visit prior to obtaining deeming approval for CY 2023. The following resources are available to facilitate the preparation and submission of your redeeming application:
