Federal Tort Claims Act Applications for CY 2022 Coverage

The annual redeeming application for Federal Tort Claims Act coverage for CY 2022 are due by 11:59pm on June 25, 2021. Health Centers who do not submit their application by the deadline will have to reapply as an initial applicant and may be subject to a site visit to obtain approval for CY 2022 coverage.
