CHCANYS, in partnership with Myra Golden Seminars, LLC, is offering three (3) additional learning modules for Health Center staff to increase their customer service skills throughout 2022. Each learning module will consist of 1-hour webinar and Q&A exploring different elements of great customer service, including conflict de-escalation, creating positive conversations with challenging customers, and empathy in customer service.
