  • “Operationalizing Tools in the CPCI/DRVS to Support Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Control: Undiagnosed Hypertension and ASCVD Risk” with Azara Healthcare
  • Year 2 REaL Data Project – improvements to CPCI functionality enabling grouping and disaggregation of patients by race/ethnicity/language
  • Behavioral health subcommittee will finalize Suicide Management Techniques Toolkit highlighting promising practices for identifying and managing patients reporting suicidal ideation
