HHS invites your health center to become a Healthy People 2030 Champion. These are organizations committed to working toward Healthy People's overarching goals and objectives. HHS will recognize Champions on health.gov, and Champions will receive a digital badge to highlight their participation on their own websites. Champions will also get information, tools, and resources to help them promote Healthy People 2030 among their communities, partners, and others. If interested: 1) Review Healthy People 2030 Champion eligibility requirements and 2) submit a statement of interest to HP2030@hhs.gov. HHS will review submissions on a rolling basis.
