VeeOne Health is an award winning virtual care platform with a common patient and provider interface throughout the entire continuum of care. Highly scalable and modular, VeeMed can incorporate any combination of platform, hardware and access to over 2000 BC specialists as programs and needs evolve between Home Health, RPM, TCM, CCM and HaH. Reporting on patient trends, alerts and questionaires is customized to customer (and disease state) needs. Time requirements for billing are also automatically tracked. Veemed is device agnostic and can integrate with any open source contemporary devices. Our partnership with Biointellesense as well as bluetooth compatible scales and blood pressure cuffs provides a full complement of monitoring capabilities.

Pricing is typically per user license with a monthly component. The amounts will be dependent on whether the customer is using VeeMed's monitoring center services and devices or their own.
Implementation SOW's are highly collaborative and customized to find the ideal balance of integrating with existing workflows and leveraging VeeMed's expertise around best practices throughout the country.
