Limmor Group is a workforce and leadership strategy firm that partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen talent, workforce, and leadership infrastructure. We specialize in designing and delivering practical training, workforce development strategies, and organizational planning that support recruitment, retention, and advancement, particularly in complex public sector and community-based environments. Our work focuses on the people side of change, helping organizations align their structures, leaders, and teams with evolving workforce needs so they can better serve patients and communities.
Limmor Group supports recruitment and retention at the strategy and systems level. Our offerings include:
- Designing role profiles and competency models for critical positions
- Advising on recruitment messaging and value proposition
- Structuring interview and selection processes that are consistent, equitable, and aligned with organizational culture
- Helping leaders connect recruitment, onboarding, and early development so new hires are more likely to be successful and stay
We do not function as a traditional search firm. Instead, we help organizations strengthen the strategy, processes, and leadership behaviors that support effective recruitment and long-term retention.
Not applicable
- Cross sector experience spanning government, corporate, and higher education, which allows us to bring fresh, practical ideas into community-based settings
- Deep expertise in leadership, culture, and inclusion, which helps organizations address the underlying drivers of turnover rather than only short-term fixes
- A focus on clear, usable tools and routines that leaders and managers can apply quickly in their day-to-day work, rather than long reports that sit on a shelf
Our role is to design or strengthen the recruitment and selection process rather than to run a transactional search. A typical engagement includes:
- Clarifying the strategic needs and success profile for key roles
- Designing or refining job descriptions, competencies, and interview tools
- Advising on outreach and messaging to attract the right candidates
- Supporting leaders to run consistent, structured interviews and selection meetings
- Aligning onboarding and early development with the recruitment process so new hires can ramp up successfully
We customize each engagement to the size, location, and needs of the client. Typical steps include:
- Discovery conversations with leadership and key managers
- Review of existing roles, structures, and recruitment practices
- Co design of a focused set of improvements such as updated role profiles, interview guides, onboarding plans, or leadership routines to support new hires
We adapt the depth and format to each health center’s capacity, ranging from short advisory sprints to more comprehensive workforce projects.
We use a mix of targeted outreach and screening to ensure fit. Potential candidates are sourced through professional networks, referrals, curated job boards, and direct outreach on platforms such as LinkedIn and relevant industry communities. We then review resumes against agreed upon criteria, conduct structured phone or virtual interviews to assess skills and alignment with the role and organizational culture, and complete reference checks as needed before presenting finalists.
Cost varies based on several factors, including the number of sites and staff involved, scope and duration of the engagement, type and intensity of services requested (for example, advisory versus training and facilitation), level of customization required, and whether work is delivered virtually or in person.
Contractual terms, including cancellation options, are defined in each statement of work. In general, clients can cancel with written notice, and we bill for work completed and any nonrefundable commitments made on the client’s behalf. We are open to reasonable notice periods that reflect the scope and timeline of each engagement.
We combine deep experience in talent, organizational strategy, and change management with a flexible, partnership-based approach tailored to each client’s needs. Our work emphasizes practical, implementable solutions rather than one‑size‑fits‑all recommendations, and we adjust our methods to reflect each organization’s culture, capacity, and strategic priorities. We are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders (including executives, HR and operations leaders, and frontline managers) and can design pilots, staggered rollouts, and ongoing support structures to promote adoption and sustainability.
