Our work is relationship-driven and rooted in community trust. We understand the importance of culturally responsive communication, consistent engagement, and meeting people where they are. Rather than focusing only on placement, we focus on helping participants stay connected, supported, and engaged throughout the process.
Our process begins with understanding the organization’s goals, target population, and engagement needs. From there, we support outreach through community partnerships, referrals, informational sessions, and engagement activities designed to build trust and participation. Interested participants go through an intake and readiness process, followed by onboarding support, mentorship, and ongoing communication to help improve engagement and retention outcomes.
We tailor our outreach and engagement approach based on the goals, populations, and support needs of each organization. This may include customized community outreach plans, participant engagement support, mentorship activities, wellness-centered programming, and flexible communication strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
We source participants through community outreach, referral networks, partnerships, informational events, and direct engagement within the communities we serve. Screening may include intake discussions, readiness evaluations, communication assessments, and alignment reviews to help ensure participants are matched appropriately to opportunities and support services.
Pricing varies based on number of users, level of workflow customization, implementation scope, communication and engagement automation requirements, reporting and analytics needs, and the level of onboarding and ongoing support required.
Blossom Maternal Wellness offers flexible engagement structures based on project scope and organizational needs. Clients may cancel services with written notice in accordance with agreed terms. Flexible engagement models, including pilot phases and phased implementation, are available to support organizational needs and scalability.
Blossom Maternal Wellness approaches workforce development through a community-first model that prioritizes trust, access, and long-term engagement. Our work is grounded in direct interaction with underserved populations, including through initiatives such as our maternal wellness fair, where workforce pathways, health resources, and support services are shared in accessible, culturally responsive ways.
We understand that workforce challenges in community health settings are not only about recruitment, but also about sustained engagement and retention. Our model focuses on reaching individuals outside traditional recruitment pipelines and guiding them into workforce pathways through structured onboarding, follow-up engagement, and ongoing support.
In addition to our engagement work, our digital workflow platform enables organizations to track participant interactions, manage follow-ups, coordinate communication, and support workforce-related activities more efficiently. This allows teams to stay connected with participants beyond initial outreach and build more consistent engagement over time.
We are particularly interested in partnering with Community Health Centers looking to strengthen community connection while building reliable, culturally aligned workforce pipelines that reflect the populations they serve.
