Enhancing Team-Based Workflows to Support Comprehensive Responses to Intimate Partner Violence in Community Health Centers
CHCANYS, in collaboration with the Center for Excellence in Primary Care at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), invites health center staff to a live webinar focused on strengthening team-based responses to intimate partner violence (IPV) within integrated care settings: Enhancing Team-Based Workflows to Support Comprehensive Responses to Intimate Partner Violence in Community Health Centers!
Effective responses to IPV require multi-disciplinary coordination, clearly defined workflows, and consistent use of risk-sensitive approaches that encourage patient engagement and build trust over time. This session supports the integration of IPV care strategies into broader value-based care efforts, reinforcing clinical quality performance, care integration and population health.
This session supports interdisciplinary teams—spanning medical, behavioral health, enabling services, and front-line staff—in enhancing structured workflows that address the multifaceted needs of patients at risk of IPV. This learning session will take place on June 23rd, 2025 at 12pm!
