Meeting the Needs of New Migrants in New York State: CHCANYS Training Series

CHCANYS is hosting a training series discussing best practices for CHCs serving new migrants from the Caribbean, Central, and South America arriving from the U.S.-Mexico Border to NY. Though many of these migrants are arriving in NYC, this webinar series will contain presentations from CHCs across the state. Through panel-style discussions, CHCs and stakeholders will share best practices, lessons learned, and needs related to operationalizing access to care for this population. Max Hadler, DOHMH and Dr. Fabienne Laraque, DHS, will be present to share details on the NYC response to date.
