In this two-part series, Coleman Associates will provide retention promising practices for existing CHCs serving vulnerable and special populations living with HIV, particularly for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, migrant and seasonal agricultural workers and LGBTQ populations. This session will provide tips on attracting and retaining clinical and non-clinic staff and will provide concrete steps to develop systems that will support CHCs grow strongly in 2022 with a new health center workforce.

In this two-part series, Coleman Associates will share best staffing practices to help CHCs adapt to the current endemic environment. Despite staffing shortages and unstable workforces, some CHCs are carrying on while others are just trying to survive. This session will provide tips on attracting and retaining great staff and will provide concrete steps to develop systems that will help CHCs grow strongly in 2022 with a new health center workforce considering best operational practices for leveraging staff.
