CHCANYS, in partnership with CohnReznick, will host a webinar on November 12 to help health centers prepare their 2025 AHCF Medicaid Cost Reports. Participation is limited to staff from New York State community health centers.  


The training will explain how New York uses AHCF data for Medicaid rates, Safety Net payments, benchmarking, and other purposes. Presenters will review key exhibits and data points, including patients, visits, costs, revenue, staffing, and productivity, and discuss common reporting issues and best practices for preparing an accurate submission.
