Trillium Health is so much more than a health center. At Monroe Square in downtown Rochester, our patients receive compassionate, individualized care for their total well-being. And our services continue to expand.  While staying true to our pioneering HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention services, we have expanded on that innovative model of care to offer primary health care services to all our patients, including women & families. The Trillium Health approach looks at each patient as a whole person with staff utilizing a team-based approach to meet the needs of each person who receives our care.  Patients who want to experience an affirming, compassionate approach to quality health care and supportive services – all under one roof – will find it at Trillium health. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, hard-working individuals who believe in what we do and who want to help us improve the lives of people in our community. It’s not what we do that makes us so different, it’s how we do it. Our unique and integrated approach to care was born out of our history in fighting the AIDS epidemic in its earliest beginnings. Courage, innovation and hope are the core values that have been the hallmark of our organization throughout our 30 years. As Trillium Health continues to be a leader in HIV/AIDS care in Rochester and the Finger Lakes, we are also welcoming all those in our community that desire a different kind of affirming care. Care that addresses their physical, social, and emotional well-being. We have developed a successful practice addressing the unique needs of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) community, and we believe in helping everyone who has experienced barriers to good health care in the past. We’ll continue to explore new services to offer as health care needs change and grow, innovate on ways to enhance our patients’ care experience, and remain fully connected at the local, state, and federal level to ensure Trillium Health continues to grow and thrive in an ever-changing health care environment.

If you are interested in becoming part of a growing community health organization, Trillium Health may be the organization for you.
