Full-Time Recruiter
Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements initiatives to recruit for a multi-site organization
- Manages full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels
- Works with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and applicants are assessed against appropriate criteria
- Works closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
- Maintains applicant tracking system
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, newspaper agencies, media, and internet sites
- Attends recruitment events
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, phone screening, analyzing responses, and verifying references
- Manages timeliness of recruitment process
- Assures compliance with all applicable laws throughout the recruiting process
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in recruiting and working in a medical or health related field
- High degree of understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
