We are currently seeking a PrEP Navigator to work at our 400 Broadway location.

Position Summary: The PrEP Navigator is responsible for recruiting people who are HIV positive or at high risk for HIV infection. This individual must provide navigation to patients on PEP and PrEP to engage and retain in care. The PrEP Navigator will conduct outreach at high risk venues where POC and MSM convene throughout New York City. 

Qualifications: The PrEP Navigator must have a high school diploma/GED with one (1) year of working experience in a related field required. They must be able to complete the Chief Medical Officer’s training/certification to conduct rapid HIV antibody and antigen testing with 60 days of hire. Strong socio-cultural identification or work experience with MSM POC is required.
