We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in our 400 Broadway location.

Position Summary: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, assign diagnosis , create and implement treatment plan with patients in the Primary Care clinic.

Qualifications: Masters Degree required; Maintain license to provide mental health services in New York State, LCSW with R privilege preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of MSM/LGBTQI issues; Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in multicultural setting; Ability to work with Limited English Proficient populations and interpretation support; Familiarity with immigrant issues; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to enter data accurately; Familiarity with e Clinical Works (eCW) preferred; Ability to work flexible hours, including some evening(s); Ability to be personable in person and over the phone; Ability to engage patients in mental health treatment; Ability to take public transportation; Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a hierarchical organizational structure; Fluency in an Asian language(s) or Spanish preferred; Proof of immunization or immunity to certain communicable diseases (including influenza during the flu season) and testing for tuberculosis is required. These certifications are required by the NYC DOHMH Health Code, NYSDOH and OSHA.
