We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work in our 400 Broadway location.

Position Summary: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, assign diagnosis , create and implement treatment plan with patients in the Primary Care clinic.

Qualifications: Masters Degree requiredMaintain license to provide mental health services in New York State, LCSW with R privilege preferredSubstance abuse experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of MSM/LGBTQI issuesAbility to work with people from diverse backgrounds in multicultural settingAbility to work with Limited English Proficient populations and interpretation supportFamiliarity with immigrant issuesProficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to enter data accuratelyFamiliarity with e Clinical Works (eCW) preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including some evening(s)Ability to be personable in person and over the phoneAbility to engage patients in mental health treatmentAbility to take public transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a team within a hierarchical organizational structure; Fluency in an Asian language(s) or Spanish preferredProof of immunization or immunity to certain communicable diseases (including influenza during the flu season) and testing for tuberculosis is required. These certifications are required by the NYC DOHMH Health Code, NYSDOH and OSHA.
