Hometown Health Centers is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to diagnose and treat mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders. Additional experience working with persons with substance abuse is a plus.  The Social Worker will work with clients to develop treatment plans designed to improve well-being and assist with adjusting to the challenges within their lives. The successful candidate will work between Hometown Health Centers Schenectady and Amsterdam offices. Fluency in Spanish, and ability to work a flexible schedule with some evening hours, is required.
