DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

Callen-Lorde Community Health Center
$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 Salary/year

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (Director) works closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), senior management, finance, and operations teams. The Director's work is to provide leadership and oversee financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement. The Director will also support the Chief Financial Officer with strategic planning as well as other initiatives to advance financial well-being in deep adherence to the organizational mission.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Experience, Education

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare, social services, or related direct fields, preferably with direct experience in or significant knowledge of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers, and Financial and Operational Planning and Analysis.
  • Masters Level education, a plus
  • 7+ years of supervisory experience
  • Significant experience with all aspects of administrative operations, including corporate compliance, exceptional internal and external communication, and relationship-building.
  • Exposure and commitment to advancing organizational anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Significant experience working with LGBTQ+ communities and people living with HIV.
