Director of Finance

Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance oversees all financial activities and ensure the corporations’ financial health. Develops and executes financial policies and procedures. Principal responsibilities include overseeing the financial reporting, short range and long-term financial planning, general accounting, billing, audit coordination, banking, and monthly cash flow. Directly accountable for the functions of the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, grants accounting, budget preparation, logistics functions, information management systems and other related operations as may be necessary. Position involves the ongoing management, training, and evaluation of several employees.

CPA with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or relevant experience.  Minimum of seven years of accounting and/or financial analysis, five of which was in a managerial role.  Advanced level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel required.  Power Point and other applications a plus.  FQHC experience preferred but not required.
