Hometown Health Centers, a federally qualified community health center, is seeking applications for a Dental Practice Administrator to provide administrative oversight of the dental clinic, including management of clinical and support staff, financial/productivity issues, operational issues, quality measurements, regulatory requirements and patient and provider relations. This position oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations of the dental clinic to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies/procedures.  The Practice Administrator is responsible for the overall smooth running of the clinic and ensuring that clinic goals and objectives are met on a daily, weekly, quarterly and annual basis.

Hometown Health Centers is a growing practice that has state of the art equipment.  This includes CBCT, intraoral scanner, laser, intraoral camera and more.  We employ many general dentists, an oral surgeon, and house AEGD residents through NYU Langone.

We follow CDC guidelines.  We upgraded every dental exam rooms with air purifiers, intraoral suctions used for aerosol producing procedures, and our staff is outfitted with all recommended Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).  Because of this, our employees stayed employed during COVID.

Qualifications/Requirements: high school diploma or GED.  Bachelor preferred.  Previous administrative or clinical experience in a dental practice as well as supervisory experience.
