COORDINATOR - TGNB HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INTEGRATED SERVICES

$82,900.00 - $92,000.00 Salary/year

The Behavioral Health Integrated Services Coordinator - TGNB Health will provide both direct clinical interventions as well as assist Behavioral Health management in ensuring delivery of efficient, high-quality behavioral health services to our patients, with a specific focus on patients of transgender and gender non-binary experience. The Coordinator will also provide supervision, coaching, and support to providers, including direct supervisees. The Coordinator is a part of the TGNB Health team and acts as a liaison between the TGNB Health team and the Behavioral Health department. 

Qualifications

Education, Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work and NYS licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • A minimum of three (3) years of postgraduate experience in a health/behavioral health, and/or social services setting preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and HIV health/ behavioral health issues and concerns 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple evidence-based approaches to behavioral health treatment
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate the provision of direct social services, problem-solve, and optimize service delivery systems.
