Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Director of Marketing and Community Relations in planning, managing and coordinating internal and external marketing projects

  • Collaborates with community partners, schools and health insurance plans to develop and implement marketing initiatives

  • Develops marketing materials in variety of formats, including flyer, audio, video and print

  • Coordinates and participates in outreach and marketing events such as community fairs, workshops, open house events, etc.

  • Coordinates with departments and project teams regarding implementation activities

  • Coordinates with press to organize press event

  • Prepare reports related to marketing initiatives

  • Collect data for review and analysis

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs

  • Available to work at events on weekends and/or evening

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health or marketing, social service, or related field

  • Working knowledge of applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) required

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a human service or health-related setting, especially conducting outreach and/or marketing in the Asian, South Asian and/or Spanish community

  • Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills required

  • Professional oral and written proficiency in English and Chinese
