The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the financial and strategic processes necessary for the health center to reach its goals. The CFO maximizes SCHC’s financial position and assures financial viability by providing leadership and direction to the Senior Leadership Team, financial and operational strategies, the implementation of short and long-term financial planning, and the development and maintenance of operational and capital budgets. Specific areas of responsibility may include the following: IT/IS; Revenue Cycle Management; and, Project Management.
Master’s Degree in Business or CPA, with 7-10 years of health care experience, preferably in a health center setting. FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) experience strongly preferred. Strong management and supervisory experience required. Solid analytical, problem solving and organization skills required.
