Full-Time Benefits Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees employee benefits eligibility and enrollment in HRIS
  • Reconciles process, submits, and audits monthly invoices
  • Oversees the approval and tracking of new hire benefit elections
  • Assists and supports 403(b) and 457(b) plan administration, including processing rollover requests and confirmation of deferral and loan changes
  • Manages employee communications regarding benefits
  • Handles benefits inquiries to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution
  • Ensures coordination and accuracy of information provided to employees by benefits providers
  • Prepares paperwork and track enrollment for COBRA
  • Oversees the full life cycle of Leaves of Absence including: FMLA, STD, LTD, paid/unpaid personal leaves as well as ADA accommodation requests
  • Maintains benefits plan compliance documents and procedures
  • Keeps benefits content current on company intranet page, works with IT team
  • Additional ad-hoc work as business and regulatory needs arises
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years of experience with a minimum of two years within HR and/or benefits administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Bilingual English/Chinese speaking a plus
