Statewide Health Center Facility Transformation Grants – Deadlines Extended 

Governor Hochul has announced grants for the Statewide Health Center Facility Transformation Program, covering rounds 4 and 5. The first grant, totaling $650M, supports EHR, cybersecurity, health management tools, and telehealth initiatives, now has an extended application deadline of March 28, 2024. The second grant, focusing on capital improvements and debt retirement, with $750M, extended its application deadline to April 10, 2024. For both grants, the RFAs now includes Q&As.
