Seeking Primary Care Practices to Participate in Opioid Quality Improvement (QI) Learning Collaborative

Get resources and guidance on how to implement effective opioid management strategies for older adults by participating in the “Management of Opioid Use and Misuse in Older Adults” learning collaborative! AHRQ's partner in the initiative, Abt Associates, is looking for a diverse set of primary care practices to implement high-leverage change strategies within their organization using suggested or self-determined innovative activities to improve the management of chronic pain, opioid use, and opioid misuse in the older adult population.

Each participating practice will receive the resources and technical assistance from experts who developed the change strategies and have supported many other practices in similar endeavors. Participating practices will receive a $1,500 honorarium. The estimated start date for the learning collaborative is December 2021.
