The Department of Health sent an e-mail on Friday, June 2nd, to CHCs that participated in 340B in Medicaid in 2022 regarding opting in to receive payments pursuant to the NYRx Reinvestment. The email included a Dear Administrator Letter and a facility specific rate sheet. In order to receive the funding, CHCs must respond with their agreement to the payment by June 16. CHCANYS is aware of issues with the list of providers listed on the SPA and the subsequent communication with DOH. CHCANYS is in active communication with DOH on the issues and will provide more information as soon as we are able. CHC CEOs should have received a calendar invitation for a Q&A with DOH on the NYRx reinvestment pools on June 20th at 11 am.
