New York State of Emergency to End Today, June 24

Governor Cuomo announced today that effective June 24, New York State’s COVID-19 State of Emergency will end. At this time, we are awaiting additional guidance from the State Department of Health. The federal public health emergency remains in effect for at least the remainder of 2021. We will share information about the impacts on various regulatory and reimbursement policies that were implemented via the state of emergency as soon as we have it.

Please know that CHCANYS is working hard to obtain additional information and will share specific details on how this will affect health center operations as soon as we have them.
