The 2025 Managed Care Visit and Revenue (MCVR) report is due for all health centers on September 18, 2026. The results will be used to calculate each health center’s Medicaid managed care supplemental, or wrap, rates for the rate year beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
The sooner health centers submit their MCVRs and audits are completed across the state, the sooner DOH can implement the updated rates and reduce the number of claims that will need to be reprocessed retroactively.
