The WFD Program provides a robust array of services to support and assist FQHCs in meeting their workforce needs. Activities include: analyzing health center workforce needs statewide; developing and implementing workforce recruitment and retention programs; cultivating new partnerships with educational institutions and job training programs; creating targeted professional development and training programs; and working with partners to expand the reach of health services and training using IT solutions.
