In partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and the Corporation for National Service, Community HealthCorps is a health-focused, national AmeriCorps program that seeks to increase access and eliminate health disparities though long-lasting, sustainable projects. By mobilizing a cadre of dedicated volunteers to apply their skills and ideals in helping others and meeting critical needs, the program brings national service resources to community health centers, primary care associations and clinical consortia serving medically underserved communities throughout New York State.
