Committee Chair: Harvey Lawrence, Brownsville Multi-Service Family Health Center
The Budget and Finance Committee is comprised of the Treasurer as Chair, and at least two Board Members. The Committee meets monthly to review and approve draft financial statements. These statements are then presented to the CHCANYS Board. The Committee also presents an annual operating budget to the Board.
Public Policy

The Public Policy Committee meets monthly to review legislation, regulations and policy inititiatives from all levels of government to analyze impact on health centers, the healthcare system, and patients of health centers.
Membership
Committee Chair: Carole Morris, Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center
The Membership Committee meets as needed and is comprised of at least five Board members including the Secretary, who chairs the committee. Committee is responsible for certifying membership.
Bylaws
Committee Chair: Lindsay Farrell, Open Door Family Health Centers
The By-laws Committee meets as needed to review and analyze the Bylaws and, when appropriate, recommends changes and additions to the general membership at the Annual Meeting.
Clinical
Committee Chair: Dr. Warria Esmond, Settlement Health
The Clinical Committee is comprised of clinical staff from CHCANYS membership. Committee members are responsible for providing advice and consulting to the full Board on clinical and related matters. The Committee is chaired by a clinician who is from an organizational member organization.
Nominating
Committee Chair: Maurice Reid, Brownsville Multi-Service Family Health Center
The Nominating Committee meets as needed and is responsible for overseeing the nomination of officers to the Board and the Board elections, at the Annual Meeting.
