Sherry Jean joined CHCANYS in July of 2011. Sherry is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Prior to joining CHCANYS, Sherry was with the ASPCA, providing internal audit support. She also worked in public accounting for about 7 years, where she was responsible for supervising and completing a number of audit and review engagements. She graduated NYU with a B.S. in accounting, and is also a C.P.A. Sherry is fluent in Taiwanese and resides in Queens, NY.
