As the Operations Manager, Ana work closely with the Finance and Operations Division to assess infrastructure needs and formulate strategies and solutions to address those needs. She also has a leadership role in setting goals for the Admin Team and design an Administrative staffing plan that will efficiently and effectively meet the organization’s needs. She is in charge of the day-to-day oversight of key operations functions, and is the main point of contact for CHCANYS IT, benefits, and facilities issues
Ana joined CHCANYS in July 1998. She has over twenty years experience working in administrative positions in the healthcare arena. She has an Associate’s Degree in Office Technologies from the Plaza Business Institute.
