CHCANYS’ Clinical Forum & Statewide Annual Conference will be held October 14-16, 2009 in Rye Town, NY. The theme for this year’s conference is Integrating Community Health Across Populations.

CHCANYS 2009 Clinical Forum & Statewide Annual Conference will focus on the work of community health centers in behavioral health, HIV, oral health, medical home collaborations as well as diverse populations including MRDD, Homeless, LGBT, racial and ethnic groups.
A major emphasis of the conference will be integration of topics--health center clinicians, CEOs, CFOs, CIO, staff and board members will have opportunities to join together in workshops to discuss reimbursement, HIT, policy and other timely issues.
The three-day conference will be held at the Hilton Rye Town Hotel in Rye Brook, New York.
